Tamsin Egerton: Egerton as Guinevere in the Starz series Camelot is the role that I think displays characteristics of Vicki Vale. There's a softness to her performance but also a quiet determination to not be turned away.
Jessica Barth: While most people will know Barth from the comedy hit Ted, she has bounced between movies and television mostly playing the role of the "attractive woman." However, I think she has the ability to play Vale and getting this role would provide an opportunity to show her range as an actress.
Azita Ghanizada: Ghanizada starred in the Syfy series Alphas as a member of a team investigating cases involving humans with enhanced abilities. As season 3 of Gotham deals with the Wrath of the Villains fallout, Ghanizada has definitely shown the inquisitive and instinctual abilities of a journalist looking for the truth.
