A Second 'Fear the Walking Dead' Webseries to Air with Season 7 of 'The Walking Dead'
Along with the seventh season of The Walking Dead, which will mark one of, if not the most highly anticipated premiere ever, AMC is set to air a 16-episode miniseries called "Passage" for Fear the Walking Dead, which ended its second season a week ago.
With the first episode released online, the short will add up to what we can expect will be the introduction of a character or characters that will play a role in next season of the spin-off. Here's the synopsis for Passage:
“A fearsome survivor agrees to help an injured woman in exchange for an apocalyptic sanctuary. A new installment of the 16-part series is available every week on amc.com, the AMC mobile apps, and on-air during premiere episodes of The Walking Dead.”
Last year, AMC aired Flight 462, which detailed the fall of a plane at the beginning of the apocalypse. The disaster ended up playing into the first half of season 2 of the series.
