Afghanistan War Drama 'Horse Soldiers' to Star Chris Hemsworth and Michael Shannon
Chris Hemsworth and Michael Shannon will take the lead in the upcoming Afghanistan war drama Horse Soldiers, coming from Black Label media. It will be directed by Nicolai Fuslig.
Peter Craig and Ted Tally scripted the story, while Black Label is co-financing the picture.
It is based on Doug Stanton's book, detailing the true story of a U.S. Special Forces team and their captain, who venture into a mountainous region of Afghanistan weeks after 9/11.
