Amazon Acquire 'People v O.J. Simpson' Producing Duo for Package Deal
Writers Scott Alexander and Larry Karaszewski have executive produced the successful The People v O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story, and next up they look to tackle an Amazon acquisition based on the Mount Rushmore sculptor Gutzon Borglum.
Borglum's stone work includes the presidential heads on Mount Rushmore, but his work has had a history of dividing admirers, with work that is often memorable but at times controversial.
Amazon has also acquired Great Men, pitched by the duo, from a script based on John Taliaferro's book Great White Fathers. The acquisition of the book is a part of the deal, bringing the two onboard for both projects.
