AMC Headed to Comic-Con with 'The Walking Dead,' 'Preacher,' and More
AMC is headed to San Diego Comic-Con with some of the biggest geek properties in the mainstream right now, with The Walking Dead, Fear the Walking Dead, and Preacher headed to Hall H at July's convention.
Along with that, there will be a sneak peek at Kevin Smith's upcoming late night talk show Geeking Out. Fear the Walking Dead will kick things off on July 22 from 12-1 PM, with key cast members Kim Dickens, Cliff Curtis, Alycia Debnam-Carey, Frank Dillane, Lorenzo James Henrie, Mercedes Mason, Colman Domingo and Danay Garcia on hand, along with showrunner David Erickson and executive producers Robert Kirkman, Gale Anne Hurd, Greg Nicotero, and Dave Alpert.
The Walking Dead gets a panel immediately after, with Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Steven Yeun, Lauren Cohan, Danai Gurira, Chandler Riggs, Michael Cudlitz, Sonequa Martin-Green, Christian Serratos, Ross Marquand and Josh McDermitt will be in attendance, along with Executive Producer and Showrunner Scott M. Gimple, as well as the aforementioned executive producers for Fear.
Preacher gets a two-hour panel from 6.30 to 8.30 PM on July 22, with Dominic Cooper, Ruth Negga, Joseph Gilgun, Ian Colletti and Graham McTavish along with Executive Producers Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg and Co-Executive Producer Garth Ennis. A live script read for the penultimate episode of season one will take place.
July 23 at 7 PM will host Kevin Smith's Geeking Out to close out AMC's showings. Included will be autograph sessions and a Walking Dead press conference scheduled for July 22 at 4 PM.
