"Arrow" Casts Joe Dinicol As Rory Regan

rodneyholley Arrow is adding another vigilante this season as Joe Dinicol (Blindspot, Grey's Anatomy) has joined the cast as Rory Regan aka Ragman. After suffering a personal tragedy Regan comes to Star City looking for answers. Dinicol will make his first appearance in the second episode of season five.

Character description via comicbook.com: "As for Ragman, the character is a longtime DC vigilante who wears a patchwork suit made by his father to fight crime. The suit has the ability to absorb corrupted souls, and once absorbed Ragman can call on their abilities at any time. While it increases his strength and speed, initially absorbing the soul takes a great deal out of him."

Season five of Arrow premieres October 5 on the CW at 8pm eastern.
