'Batman v Superman' Hits $700 Million Milestone
Batman v Superman earned $14.25 million globally on monday, pushing it up to $697.7 million by close of business that day.
Those numbers include $263.7 million domestically and $434 million worldwide, surpassing Man of Steel already, which tallied $668 million back in 2013.
The film was made on a budget of $250 million before marketing, and has received divisive response from audiences and poor scores from critics.
