Billy Crudup to Play Barry Allen's Father in 'The Flash' Movie
Variety has reported that Billy Crudup has joined Warner Bros. and DC's The Flash movie, to play the father of Ezra Miller's titular hero.
Crudup returns to the DC world after playing Doctor Manhattan in Zack Snyder's Watchmen. He joins Kiersey Clemons as Iris West and Ray Fisher as Cyborg. The film will be directed by Rick Famuyiwa.
In the source material, Barry Allen's father is framed for the murder of his wife.
