Coming to Netflix: December Edition (UK)
Hey friends, can you believe we are nearing the final calendar month of 2017!? With the holiday almost upon us, I can't think of a better time to kick start your film and tv 'diversion' planning by checking out December's 'New to Netflix' streams. The streaming giant will be delivering over 50 'new' streams to their -yuge- digital collection and a few are definite "My List" worthy gems! Be sure to check out the entire list below (You can skip over December 17).
December Highlights
The Crown Season 2 - returns with Claire Foy (Queen Elizabeth), Matt Smith (Prince Philip), Vanessa Kirby (Princess Margaret), Victoria Hamilton (the Queen Mother) and Jeremy Northam (Antony Eden). Joining the returning regulars will be Matthew Goode, playing Lord Snowdon/Antony Armstrong-Jones, the society photographer who romanced and later married Princess Margaret. Dexter's Michael C Hall will play John F. Kennedy, joined by Quarry's Jodi Balfour as Jackie Kennedy to play the late US President and his First Lady. - December 8
Back to the Future I, II, III - follow the adventures of a high school student, Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox), and an eccentric scientist, Dr. Emmett L. Brown (Christopher Lloyd), as they use a DeLorean time machine to time travel to different periods in the history of Hill Valley, California in Robert Zemeckis' entire trilogy on December 14
The Vault - James Franco stars in this year's horror/heist mash-up about two estranged sisters who scheme to rob a bank in order to save their brother. The heist begins smoothly, but mayhem soon ensues when the defiant manager sends them to a basement-level vault where something truly evil dwells - December 15
Peter Berg's American Crime drama Patriots Day stars Mark 'Mawk' Wahlberg in the story of the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing and the aftermath, which includes the city-wide manhunt to find the terrorists responsible. - December 19
Bright stars Will Smith and Joel Edgerton in a Netflix Original set in a world where mystical creatures live side by side with humans. A human cop is forced to work with an Orc to find a weapon everyone is prepared to kill for. - December 22
Creep 2 returns as a video artist looking for work drives to a remote house in the forest to meet a man claiming to be a serial killer. But after agreeing to spend the day with him, she soon realizes that she made a deadly mistake - December 23
