'Criminal Minds' Adds New Characters in the Aftermath of Thomas Gibson's Firing
Criminal Minds puts its attention toward two new characters after Thomas Gibson was fired from the show earlier this month.
One such character is expected to be something of a replacement for Gibson's character, though the second character remains a mystery. CBS would not comment on anything new for TVGuide.com.
"Thomas Gibson has been dismissed from Criminal Minds," the studios said in a joint statement. "Creative details for how the character's exit will be addressed in the show will be announced at a later date."
