'Daredevil' Star Charlie Cox Says 'The Defenders' Will Inform the Character that Started it All
Cast members Charlie Cox, Rosario Dawson, Jon Bernthal, Elden Henson, Deborah Ann Woll and Elodie Yung graced Wizard World Comic Con Chicago to promote season 2 of Daredevil.
During the panel, Cox discussed how Daredevil's time in the Defenders team will teach the character lessons that he will take into season 3 of Daredevil. "He can’t do all this alone. And that’s to say maybe some teamwork – He’s actually going to relinquish [some responsibility]. So whatever lessons he learns in The Defenders will then play into I think season three."
The Defenders will bring Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist together in a miniseries format to take on their biggest threat yet. It will arrive on Netflix in 2017.
