Elodie Yung Returning as Elektra for 'The Defenders'
At this point, pretty much anybody who has been involved in any of Marvel and Netflix's four lead-up series looks set to return for the miniseries, and the ladies to join onto The Defenders is Elodie Yung.
Yung played Elektra in the second season of Daredevil, with had a rather fateful result for her. This means that her role is completely up in the air for The Defenders. Despite the fact that she is seemingly alive again, she's in a scenario that seems hard to bring back into the spotlight of Hell's Kitchen.
She joins Charlie Cox, Krysten Ritter, Mike Colter, and Finn Jones, who all reprise their headline roles in their respective shows, as well as newcomer Sigourney Weaver, who is the big bad for the series.
