Emilia Clarke Teases Game of Thrones, Season 6 "Almost Killed" its Cast
During the SAG awards this past weekend, Emilia Clarke said that production on the sixth season of the fantasy epic "legitimately almost killed" everyone involved.
"It is epic. It is huge. It's insane," she went on to say.
Maisie Williams commented regarding her blind-eye prosthetics, which she described as "very painful. They're like huge and they're very thick...pretending to be blind is much easier when you actually can't see anything."
Turner, who plays the tormented Sansa Stark, suggests that things may be turning around, finally, for Sansa. "It's probably her best season yet... it's her really coming into her own. She, this season, really commands the respect that she deserves and she grabs hold of it and she runs with it and it's really good...
"[Sansa is] finally getting that storyline that you've been craving for the past five seasons."
Season 6 premieres on April 24, which feels like an eternity away with so much to come beforehand.
