Extended R-Rated cut of Batman v Superman Run-Time has been revealed
The official run-time for the upcoming ultimate edition of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has been confirmed at 181 minutes, according to a Blu-ray listing by a Swedish retailer. This is pretty much spot on for the previously teased three hour mark.
The extended edition will include an entire subplot cut from the film, as well as Jena Malone's role, of which we saw none in the theatrical version. There will also be some increased violence and a little more gore.
The listing mentions two hours of bonus features, more or less, and while this is a European listing, we can trust it will be pretty universal. No release date for the home edition has been announced yet.
