'Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them' Sequel Release Date Announced.
After the release of 'Harry Potter and the Cursed Child', JK Rowling has stated that she is done with the story of Harry Potter. But it is by no means the last story to tell from the Harry Potter universe.
The upcoming movie based on Rowling's book "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" is set to open on November 8, 2016. We also learned recently that Rowling has finished the script for the sequel.
And now Warner Bros. have announced that the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them sequel will premiere on November 16, 2018. The sequel will continue the adventures of Newt Scamander and according to its director David Yates, 'will introduce new characters'. Yates, who helmed Fantastic Beast and Where to Find Them has also directed the last four of eight Harry Potter movies.
