'Fear the Walking Dead' SDCC Panel Teases the Next Step in the Apocalypse
With the new trailer for the upcoming return of Fear the Walking Dead comes plenty of new information as the cast and creators tease what's to come at Comic-Con.
“For the first time we are going to see our characters really having to learn to survive in the apocalypse,”said executive producer Dave Erickson. "We are going to see a level of intensity and violence in the back half that we haven't seen before."
The trailer introduced new character played by Danay Garcia, who plays Lucia, a soldier connected with a religious group that see the walkers as evolutionary. "It's not a normal job, it's a Fear the Walking Dead job," the actress said.
The series will return in August, and has already been renewed for a third season, which will premiere next year.
