'Flatliners' Remake Adds Nina Dobrev and Ellen Page
The Vampire Diaries alum Nina Dobrev is in talks to join Ellen Page in Sony''s remake of the 1990 film Flatliners.
Diego Luna will star in the film that's coming from director Niels Arden Oplev, who directed The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.
Ben Ripley wrote the screenplay will Laurence Mark witll produce with Michael Douglas. Production is expected to commence in early July.
The original film followed a group of medical students who experimented with 'near death' experience involving past tragedies until the dark consequences began to jeopardize their lives.
