Funimation Confirms English Dub for 'Dragon Ball Super'
Funimation have officially announced that it will be producing an English dub of the third Dragon Ball TV series, Dragon Ball Super, which began airing outside of the U.S. in 2015.
“We are thrilled to continue our great partnership with Toei Animation,” said Gen Fukunaga, CEO and founder of Funimation. “Like with the recent blockbuster Dragon Ball Z movies, having original creator Akira Toriyama passionately involved in ‘Dragon Ball Super’ is so wonderful to see and for fans to experience.”
As of now, Funimation intends to subtitle the entire series prior to dubbing it for release. Episodes 1-10 and 47-64 are available on FunimationNow.
