George Miller Won't be Involved in Man of Steel 2
George Miller, director of the critically successful Mad Max: Fury Road, was recently reported as WB/DC's target as director for the future of solo Superman films.
Miller, speaking with Digital Spy, confirmed meetings with the company, but expressed his disinterest in heading the sequel to Snyder's DCEU-launching blockbuster.
"I hope the next film I make is a very small film without any special effects and not many stunts."
Miller, at 70 years old, seems less interested in monster projects and perhaps, understandably, wants to ride his wave on low-scale projects.
