HBO and Cinemax Join PlayStation Vue TV Service
HBO and Cinemax have come to a deal with Sony that will see the premium networks on offer via the PlayStation Vue internet-based TV service.
This marks the first time either network's live programming will be available via a standalone offering and without the need for a bundle subscription. The service costs $15 a month for each.
HBO Now is also headed to the PlayStation 4 and other PlayStation systems for new and existing HBO Now subscribers. The deal launches just prior to the October 2 premiere of Westworld.
