'House of Cards' Alum joins 'Homeland' as President-Elect
House of Cards alum Elizabeth Marvel has joined Homeland for its sixth season, playing President-elect Elizabeth Keane for Showtime's drama series.
Keane is a former junior senator described as "bright, charming and lovely" and "a natural politician."
The sixth season premieres in January, taking place between Election Day and Inauguration Day and chronicling a tense transition of power.
