Idris Elba Finishes Filming on 'The Dark Tower'
The Dark Tower is slated for an early 2017 release, and with production long since begun, Idris Elba has finished up on his part of the script.
"I'm done filming, spoke to the director the other day and he said the edit is coming along really well. ? https://t.co/HJzUnAkmZs" Elba said on Twitter.
The first trailer for the film will arrive in October. The novel series is written by Stephen King, and Elba is joined by Matthew McConaughey in a solid cast for a film that has plenty of anticipation behind it.
The film is out January 13, 2017.
