Jennifer Lawrence Set to Play Zelda Fitzgerald in Biopic from Ron Howard
THR is reporting that Jennifer Lawrence is in the front seat for Jazz Age legend Zelda Fitzgerald, in a biopic being developed by Ron Howard.
Under the working title of Zelda, the project will detail the marriage and creative rivalry between her and her husband, F. Scott Fitzgerald. That competition eventually drove her to obsession and madness.
Emma Frost is writing the script, which is being described as a potential directing vehicle for Lawrence. For now, we can next see the star actress in Passengers with Chris Pratt on December 21.
