Jessica Jones Star Krysten Ritter Believes There's Still Plenty of Story Left to Tell
With Marvel's Jessica Jones being such a hit following on the heels of Netflix's debut Marvel output, Daredevil, star Krysten Ritter has opened up about the future of the series, without delving into the possibility of a second season.
Speaking with THR, the actress discussed her eagerness toward a future for the series. "I'm not supposed to talk about that," she said of a second season. "But I think there is lots of story left to tell with Jessica and I really love playing the character. I would love to throw on her boots and leather jacket anytime."
Jessica Jones is far less interested in being a hero, often stating that it never fully worked out fo rher. With The Defenders having been confirmed, Ritter said "it will be interesting to see how Jessica Jones fits in with those other guys because she doesn't want to be a superhero.
"She doesn't want anything to do with that. I have no idea how she's going to be forced to team up with all of them."
