Jonah Hex Returning, the Legion of Doom Revealed for DC's 'Legends of Tomorrow'
Quantico actor Johnathon Schaech will be back for Legends of Tomorrow's second season as Jonah Hex, set to guest star in an Old West-inspired episode of the time-travel superhero series.
The character is a former confederate soldier turned notorious bounty hunter. Additionally, the show is set to include a team of super-villains attempting to thwart the Legends themselves.
The Legion of Doom is set to arrive. The team includes Malcolm Merlyn and Damian Darhk from Arrow, Eobard Thawn from The Flash, and Captain Cold.
"For Season 2 of Legends, we decided that the perfect antagonist for TV's first-ever team of Super Heroes would be TV's first-ever team of Super-Villains," executive producer Marc Guggenheim said. "[We] recruited from the ranks of Arrow and The Flash's deadliest adversaries. Being huge fans of the Challenge of the Superfriends — we've come to call this group our 'Legion of Doom.'"
The series returns October 13.
