'Katrina: American Crime Story' Adds Matthew Broderick
Tony Award-winning stage actor Matthew Broderick has joined Katrina: American Crime Story, which acts as the sequel to last year's critically acclaimed The People v O.J. Simpson. The series hails from Ryan Murphy, Nina Jacobson, and Brad Simpson.
Broderick will play a Federal Emergency Management Agency Director named Michael D. Brown. He joins Annette Bening, who also recently joined the series. Season one earned itself nine Emmy awards including Outstanding Limited Series, as well as two Golden Glob awards.
Broderick was most recently seen in Rules Don't Apply and Manchester by the Sea. Next up is Look Away, in which he stars alongside Chloe Sevigny and Aidan Turner.
