Kevin Feige Says We Shouldn't Expect X-Men Characters in the MCU
With Spider-Man crossing over into the MCU, fans got excited, and the prospects were endless. Many want to see X-Men cross into the Marvel world, although that one might not happen for some time, if ever.
Marvel president Kevin Feige told Collider that, when asked about the relationship with Sony, "we all get along, and I see them occasionally. There's no change in any dynamic."
Fans might have hoped that there was a change in the dynamic, and that the relationship would spark some new ideas or the Marvel Universe. The director's of Infinity War, the Russo brothers, have previously said there is no talk "regarding the X-Men."
So too, the upcoming Legion TV series does not hint at any kind of crossover, given that it seems like it will be only loosely tied to the Fox franchise itself, and none of the other Marvel shows.
