Kid Cudi joins the cast of 'Bill & Ted Face the Music'

Kid Cudi aka Scott Mescudi has joined the cast of Bill & Ted Face the Music!
The Grammy award winner-turned-actor has been cast in an undisclosed role according to Deadline. Cudi will join Bill & Ted’s onscreen daughters played by Samara Weaving and Brigette Lundy-Paine in a new adventure that finds our middle-aged Wyld Stallyn Dad’s tasked with creating the greatest song ever written in order to bring harmony to the universe.
1989’s original creators Chris Matheson and Ed Solomon wrote the script with Galaxy Quest's Dean Parisot directing. William Sadler is confirmed to return as the Grim Reaper.
Cudi’s acting credits include appearances in Entourage, One Tree Hill, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and a reunion with his Need for Speed co-star Aaron Paul in HBO’s upcoming season of Westworld.
Bill & Ted Face the Music opens on August 21, 2020.
