Lucasfilm Reveals The Full Cast for 'The Mandalorian'
The highly-anticipated Disney+ show has revealed its unique cast.
It was confirmed that Pedro Pascal will be the long gunfighter in The Mandalorian. Joining Pascal is Gina Carano (Deadpool), Giancarlo Esposito (Breaking Bad, Once Upon a Time), Emily Swallow (Supernatural), Carl Weathers (Rocky series), Omid Abtahi (American Gods), Werner Herzog (Jack Reacher), and Nick Nolte (Cape Fear).
“We’re having a great time working with this incredibly talented group and excited for everyone to see what we’re up to,” says the series creator Jon Favreau. Favreau will be writing the entire eight-episode season.
Episodes will be directed by Dave Filoni (Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Star Wars Rebels), Deborah Chow (Jessica Jones), Rick Famuyiwa (Dope), Bryce Dallas Howard (Solemates), and Taika Waititi (Thor: Ragnarok).
This series has massive potential. Disney+ is Disney's upcoming direct-to-consumer streaming service. It is set to launch in late 2019.
