Lieutenant Chang (The Angel of Death) likes to do karaoke, but only when he’s not chasing bad guys with his sword. It’s only after a couple of scenes we see he’s not a law abiding police officer, when he first draws his sword to punish a father who has neglected his daughter. And when he targets Julian (Ryan Gosling), there’s not much that can stop him.
