Maggie Geha is Gotham's new Pamela "Ivy" Pepper aka Poison Ivy
When season three of Gotham returns this fall, the young orphan known as Ivy (played by Clare Foley in seasons one & two) will be a 19 year old woman played by Maggie Geha (Ted 2). The role was recast because Gotham producers wanted a more mature take on the Ivy Pepper/Poison Ivy character.
It will be interesting to see how the Gotham writers handle the age-up as Clare Foley's Ivy was around the same age as Bruce Wayne and Selina Kyle.
Deadline reports that "Ivy 'Pamela' Pepper isn’t playing Selina Kyle’s sidekick anymore. With the Ted 2 actress now taking on the role, a newly confident and empower[ed] Pepper will be moving towards her poisonous persona and Bruce Wayne."
Gotham returns Monday, September 19 at 8pm eastern on FOX.
