Malcolm Merlyn Will Be a Huge Presence on The CW Next Season; John Barrowman Signs Multiple Series Regular Contracts
John Barrowman, of Arrow fame, will be everywhere on The CW this fall. The actor has signed a contract that will see him able to appear in every one of The CW's shows as a series regular.
Barrowman, who became a regular on Arrow in season 3 and played the main antagonist of season 1, can bring Malcolm Merlyn to The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow, though the deal does not guarantee an appearance in all of them.
The CW is expanding its experiments with crossovers among its properties, and it is looking like there will be a line-wide crossover at some point this year, inclusive of Supergirl, which shared a crossover with The Flash last season.
