Margot Robbit in talks to join Domnhall Gleeson in 'Goodbye Christopher Robin'
Shortly after a Harley Quinn solo film has been penciled in thanks in part to Margot Robbie, Deadline has confirmed the Australian actress is in talks to appear in Goodbye Christopher Robin.
Robbie would be joining Domnhall Gleeson in the picture, which is set up at Fox Searchlight and tells the tale of Winnie the Pooh creator A.A. Milne's relationship with his son. This relationship ultimately led to the creation of Poo-Bear, with the character even named after his son Robin's teddy bear.
The film doesn't sound unlike Saving Mr. Banks, which detailed the story behind Mary Poppins, if only in DNA. It already has two solid cast members attached, if Robbie signs on, though the actress is gaining in popularity by the day thanks to the yet-to-be-released Warner Bros. DC project Suicide Squad.
