Marvel Removes 'Inhumans' from its Release Schedule
Phase three kicks off in just two weeks, but phase 4 preparation is well underway. With that in mind, there's been plenty of doubt over Inhumans, which had been slated as Marvel and Disney's Phase Three closer. Now, it looks like that won't be happening.
Inhumans has been removed from the release schedule, having been previously pushed back and with rumours of its cancellation entirely.
While Kevin Feige had hinted that Inhumans was one of their more ambiguous titles, with warnings of further delays, its surprising that, for the time being, it seems to have been scrapped altogether.
Feige has insisted that Inhumans was still happening, though when that might be is anyone's guess, maybe even for those behind closed doors. With Spider-Man and an Ant-Man sequel finding a home in phase 3, its not surprising that a brand new title might fall to the wayside in light of more dependable, mainstream characters.
Meanwhile, a little film called Captain America: Civil War arrives May 6.
