Mr. Robot Season 2 Gets a Premiere Date
USA Network has announced the return of Mr. Robot, the critically acclaimed breakout series from last year that saw itself win deservedly during awards season of 2015.
The 10-episode follow-up season will premiere Wednesday, July 13, at 10/9c. It follows Elliot Alderson, played by the talented Rami Malek, a young cyber-security engineer who becomes entangled in the underground hacker group fsociety. I won't reveal anymore, as season 1 is a rollercoaster of twists and emotion, and is essential viewing for TV buffs.
The series is created by writer and executive producer Sam Esmail as well as Anonymous Content executive producers Steve Golin and Chad Hamilton.
