Producer Confident Craig Will be Back for Fifth Bond Film
Despite Daniel Craig's ambiguity on his future in the 007 franchise, producer Michael G. Wilson confirmed on friday that Craig is as close to playing Bond again without having yet put it in writing.
Wilson has been on board since Craig first donned the suit and tie in Casino Royale, and he told The Sunday Mirror "we think we've got him but we don't have a contract".
Craig has been blatantly negative at various stages in the promotional lead up to Spectre's release, but it's hard to consider that he wouldn't be back for another one.
Spectre has, as of the 6th, made 28M domestically and is expected to topple its predecessor, Skyfall, by the end of its opening weekend.
