Prometheus screenwriter Jon Spaiths to pen Marvel's Doctor Strange
It looks like the latest version of the script for Scott Derrickson’s Doctor Strange adaptation will be written by Jon Spaihts. Marvel is in negotiations with the Prometheus screenwriter to pen the feature-length script about the title character, a gifted neurosurgeon turned Sorcerer Supreme. This entry promises to be a more magical instalment in Marvel’s universe since its hero uses a combination of sorcery, mystical and martial arts in order to defend Earth.
