Rachel Weisz Producing and Starring in an Adaptation of 'Disobedience'
Rachel Weisz will star in and produce an adaptation of Naomi Alderman's novel Disobedience. Sebastian Lelio will direct the film, and the script is written by Rebecca Lenkiewicz alongside Lelio.
The original book follows a young woman who returns to her Jewish home after she learns about her estranged father's death.
She causes upheaval when she rekindles repressed love with her best friend - a woman now married to her cousin.
