Rob Lowe Cast in the Lead for 'Super Troopers 2'
Rob Lowe has joined the Super Troopers sequel, as production continues following commencement last week.
Lowe will play Guy Le Franc, a former hockey player and the current mayor of a Quebec Canadian border town.
More than $4.5 million was raised for the crowd-funded sequel last year, well over doubling their initial target. Fox Searchlight is releasing the film in North America.
