'Rogue One' Crosses $388 Million at the Worldwide Box Office
Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is powering on at the box office, and has hit $388 million worldwide, and has passed $205.2 million in six days domestically. It's already become the eleventh-highest grossing film of the year, just behind Fantastic Beasts in tenth.
Sign has taken $11 million from its first day on Wednesday, and may see a debut weekend of around or above $70 million during the six-day Christmas holiday.
Assassin's Creed took an estimate of $4.6 million on Wednesday, while Passengers launched to $4.1 million.
Internationally, Rogue One has earned $182.9 million, with the UK being the top earner with $31.7 million. Germany has contributed $16.4 million. The film is the 244th highest grossing film ever, jumping ahead of 2009s Star Trek.
