Stan Lee Reveals His Next Three Marvel Film Cameos
Comic book icon Stan Lee has become infamous for appearing in subtle roles during Marvel films. Lee has appeared in 2008's Iron Man all the way to 2016's Captain America: Civil War.
During an appearance on Breakfeast Television, Stan Lee confirmed that his next three cameos have already been shot. Stan Lee shot cameos for Doctor Strange, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2, and Spider-Man: Homecoming.
Stan Lee also joked that he doesn't get to decide how big a role he gets in the films.
"Oh no no, they decide. If I was deciding it would be a half hour role. They only give me a few seconds, and they’re afraid, you know, I’ll overshadow the star. You know how that is."
Lee seems like he wants to do more acting and cameos in the future. Stan Lee even extended his cameo service to DC. While at the same time taking a humorous jab at the competitor.
"I want to do more cameos also, I’ve even let people know it doesn’t have to be a Marvel movie, I don’t know why DC hasn’t called me. They could use me!"
It would be a total culture shock to see Stan Lee, one of the geniuses behind Marvel, appear in a DC film. Stan Lee is 93 years old so his streak of cameos is something to watch. Thor: Ragnarok is currently filming in Australia and numerous other Marvel films will begin production in the next couple of years.
