The Collector will be in 'Avengers: Infinity War'
Two weeks ago, the next Avengers epic began filming in Atlanta. With no confirmed list of cast, its anyone's guess who's in the film. More accurately, it'd be easier to predict who isn't in it. However, a number of confirmations has guaranteed a pretty bloated character list, and the latest is Benicio del Toro.
Del Toro will reprise his role as The Collector in the upcoming film. His involvement was revealed in an Instagram live video by Josh Brolin, who plays Thanos. He confirmed work with Del Toro as well as Guardians of the Galaxy's Chris Pratt and Zoe Saldana.
The Collector holds one of the infinity stones in his possession, so it's no surprise he'll show up in the film. He won't, however, be in Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2. So it looks like that stone has been in his safe-keeping since the end of Thor: The Dark World. Whether he's working solo or alongside Thanos is something we're sure to find out.
Avengers: Infinity War is out May 4, 2018.
