'The Flash' EP Promises More Gorilla Grodd, Teases Season 3 Big Bad
During the TCA Press Tour, executive producers of the CW's shows were out to promote the upcoming seasons of their line-up, which mostly consists of DC comics properties nowadays.
Fronting the question about Gorilla Grodd, producer Andrew Kreisberg has confirmed that Grodd will return in season 3. “Yes, we’re going to be doing a two-part episode that takes place in Gorilla City.”
The panel also revealed two main villains for the season. Dr. Alchemy and Savitar are set to arrive, with Savitar being another speedster. It's unclear whether either of these two directly impact the Flashpoint storyline or not.
The producers have quashed rumours that the network were chasing Batman for involvement in their universe, and debunked talk that Batwoman was being eyed for a Supergirl role.
