'The Flash' Season 4 Villain Revealed
This article contains major spoilers from The Flash season three finale "Finish Line" plus a possible spoiler for season four of the series.
CW renewed The Flash early into its season 3 run. Executive Produver Andrew Kreisberg has already confirmed that the villain isn't a speedster. The character is rumored to be Devoe, who has already been referenced throughout season 3.
Devoe, traditionally is known as a Jay Garrick villain. Devoe has a thinking cap that allows him to have paranormal abilities. The character was referenced in the season 3 finale by Savitar. Also in a earlier episode, villain Abra Kadabra was rattling off villain names and "Devoe" was in the mix.
This storyline seems most likely for season 4. It is also rumored due to Barry Allen sacrificing himself into the Speed Force. We will get a storyline where Barry returns to Central City only to see that everything has changed. There is many different angles the writers can take for season 4. Last night's finale left room for a lot of twists and roads to go down, so I guess we will have to wait and see.
The Flash will return to the CW this fall.
