'The Flash,' 'Supergirl' Musical Crossover to Air in March
The CW hasn't forgotten about its musical crossover between Supergirl and The Flash, even if news on that front had dried up for a while. The episodes will air in March, the first being the March 20 episode of Supergirl, while things will heat up on the March 21 episode of The Flash.
The latter episode is titled Duet, and is directed by Dermott Downs. Grant Hustin, Melissa Benoist, Jesse L. Martin, Victor Garber, Carlos Valdes, Jeremy Jordan, and John Barrowman will all lend their vocal talents to the musically-inclined episode.
Both lead actors have played roles on Glee, and Broadway veterans fill out the surrounding cast, so in terms of talent then this is a natural experiment. But based on the properties, it's not unfair to be skeptical.
