'The Grinch' Animated Movie Gets Delayed a Full Year
With a new Dr Seuss adaptation comes plenty of excitement and intrigue, and arguably the best of his story How the Grinch Stole Christmas is getting the animated treatment. But it won't be here too soon.
Initially slated for November 10, 2017, the Grinch film will now arrive November 9, 2018, a full year later. It's not surprising, given that the initial date isn't all that far away, particular for an animated movie.
Benedict Cumberbatch is set to voice the titular Grinch, and Pete Candeland and Yarrow Cheyney will direct.
