The category grows in prestige with each passing year, and there's no doubt that one of the most hotly buzzed shows of the year has earned this prize.
The drama, produced by Ryan Murphy, won in a category that included Fargo, American Crime, The Night Manager, and Roots. No small achievement, going by that impressive list.
