The Walking Dead Teases Mid-Season Premiere with New Poster, Premiere Details
The new poster released for the second part of season 6 appears more like a disjointed puzzle, with hints at what's to come plentiful. The tagline, A Larger World, is a particularly noteworthy one, as comic book fans will be familiar with it.
That line is the title of the 16 volume of the series, during which time the characters learned of the surrounding area and the communities that exist nearby.
One of the pieces in the poster, however, highlights the final shot of the mid-season finale, in which Carl and Jessie clutch hands as the group walks through the herd of zombies.
"We pick up right in that moment," creator Robert Kirkman said. "Alexandria is overrun. Rick and the kids are all covered in guts and trying to get through the crowd. Everyone is where we last saw them, and things get worse from there."
