Tom Cruise Will be Back for 'Mission: Impossible 6' Despite Contract Dispute
Paramount Pictures and Tom Cruise have come to an agreement, following contract issues prohibiting the film from moving forward, and it looks like Mission: Impossible 6 is ready to go again.
The billion dollar franchise will see Cruise return to the franchise for a sixth turn, after debuting with it way back in 1996. THR reports that Cruise and the studio are close to a final deal.
Production was set for January, but was pushed back for the sake of these negotiations. Christopher McQuarrie is back to direct the film, with shooting likely to begin next Spring.
