'Underworld: Blood Wars' Shifts Release Date to Early 2017
The next Underworld sequel is set to arrive early 2017, as the release date is adjusted.
Kate Beckinsale returns as vampire Selene for the sequel, which is officially titled Underworld: Blood Wars. Originally slated for October 14 this year, it has now been pushed back to January sixth, 2017.
The film will open in the same time frame as Tom Hanks' Inferno, Jack Reacher: Never Go Back, and Max Steel. Anna Foerster will take the helm for the new Underworld film.
